Feminism today :
As evil as it makes me sound, truth is it. Feminism, Gender equality and all such women rights protecting stuff is no more what it is, it is just the cover or mask for Misandry. The world today is not the same as it was yesterday. People change, Faces change, Thinking change and the feminism which was started for good ended up being against of what the primary cause it had- gender equality. How many of the readers have read the news crying over the media about cases of harassment towards a girl and how many of you have read that the news about a girl being harassed was a hoax. Probably most have heard about the first one and are thinking that second one is not possible, and here comes the catch. This thinking that women can't and won't fake such things or not do something morally wrong is what this pseudo feminism, as I call it feeds on.
Scenario isn't right. Not right at all. Understanding that both genders are equal and should be given equal preferences, equal respect and equal status is what is needed.
But the only problem is:
YOU ARE ONLY 50% FEMINIST IF YOU THINK THAT WOMEN AND MEN SHOULD BE TREATED EQUALLY. WE ARE FEMINIST ONLY WHEN WE WANT EQUALITY, FREEDOM AND WHEN WE ARGUE ABOUT DESERVING RESERVATION AND SPECIAL TREATMENT..
AS THAT'S WHAT EQUALITY IS.

Yes now hate me as much as you can but then please hear out the entire episode. This all is nothing but an act to get fame. What I mean by that is, a girl traveling in a flight suddenly finds a leg or particularly a foot touching her shoulder, edging her out. It braced once or maybe twice against her shoulder and what's next?
WOMEN ABUSE.. GIRL HARASSMENT.. GIRLS NOT SAFE IN EVEN FLIGHTS.. NO RESPECT FOR GIRLS.. GIRL STILL UNDER SUBJUGATION.. ALL MEN ARE DOGS..
Media sprayed the usual dose of women empowerment and out comes the rage of public in favor of the girl and oppose of that man. And all because she felt a foot brace her shoulder. What's crazier is that all the people in flight who even didn't witness the event took side of the girl. Miraculously someone from flight crew took the man's side and after a long controversy she apologized by saying that she didn't mean to hurt anybody's feelings. Well, did she? No all she did was to make a man devil in the eyes of society just to get instant reaction and shoot high her publicity. Later it came to be known that the man had just attended his uncle's death ceremony and was very tired and depressed from the event. He was so tired that he fell asleep on the chair only and by mistake his foot touched "the innocent girl's" shoulder. All this could have been peacefully settled down if the girl was the guy and the guy was the girl. This is gender equality of today's times. Don't get me wrong I am one of her fan for her great work in Dangal movie.
Was it a publicity stunt?
Obviously.. yes.
Was the man at fault?
Hell No..
Who was supported?
Apparently.. the girl.
Who was trolled and made evil in the eyes of society?
Not the innocent, but the man.
Well why not innocent?
Because men are not. Every man is devil by birth. If a man is seen walking down the lonely road then he is a smuggler or a thief. If a man is accused against a women then he is guilty.
Simple, isn't it? Women are tormented upon in history, agreed and we all sympathize them for that but is it fair to be used against men in today's world.
Gender Equality..
Girls are given reservation for seats in metro and buses.
Girls are given reservation for most of the government jobs.
Girls are given reservation in many institutes of engineering studies.
Girls are given reservation in almost everything you can possibly think of, no this is not the point. The point is that this is the gender equality that women are demanding. Old men, handicapped people and more deserving people are not given seats or even rebuked to be sitting on the reserved seats. This is where our society is going now.
A boy traveling in a bus gets pushed over a girl standing before her due to jerk caused by brakes and what he gets as remarks.. "pervert" , "indecent" or even a tight slap. Change in the characters and genders of the people and remarks are still.. "pervert", "indecent", or a tight slap to the male one. Even in court there are no laws or actions against false dowry cases, false allegation on harassment and torture on girls. This is not the way it should be in the eyes of law. Such cases are not even known a lot due to media not giving them any coverage for the sake of the TRPs. Society needs truth, society needs awakening and DEFINITELY not some TRPs.

But the only problem is:
MEN ARE GUILTY UNTIL THEY ARE PROVEN INNOCENT AND WOMEN ARE INNOCENT UNTIL THEY ARE PROVEN GUILTY.
